What Xolo Leap does
Xolo Leap helps you establish and administer your own Estonian private limited company, or OÜ. The package includes Estonian bookkeeping, annual reports and tax declarations, a legal address, and an online workspace for invoicing and expenses. Xolo also lists a contact-person service and incoming mail handling, excluding courier packages. These are company services; choosing the right business structure still comes first. See the official service comparison and included-services FAQ.
You can start signing up before receiving e-residency, but you need the Estonian digital ID to complete registration. E-residency is access to digital services; it does not grant a visa, physical residency, or personal tax residency. Xolo explains both the digital ID requirement and what e-residency means.
Xolo Leap pricing in October 2026
Xolo currently lists four plans, with monthly prices excluding VAT:
Monthly subscription prices checked 10 October 2026; VAT excluded.| Plan | Monthly price | What to check |
|---|
| Starter | €59 | New customers only, until €4,000 total revenue or 12 months, whichever comes first. |
|---|
| Standard | €99 | A core-package option after Starter; check your transaction volume. |
|---|
| Pro | €139 | Higher transaction limits and additional services. |
|---|
| Premium | From €259 | A starting price; request a quote for your requirements. |
|---|
Starter is a temporary entry plan, so budget for the appropriate Standard or Pro subscription after it ends. These are the official monthly fees and Starter conditions, checked on 10 October 2026.
The plan comparison matters as much as the headline price. Starter and Standard list 50 sales transactions and 20 purchase transactions per month; Pro lists 500 and 50. Digital-service OSS registration and reporting appear in Pro and Premium. The listed employee payroll support is also on Pro and Premium, and employees must be Estonian tax residents. Check your expected activity against the current plan table and ask how Xolo counts transactions from your payment provider.
Setup costs and extras
The subscription is only one part of the budget. Xolo's setup FAQ lists €150 for an e-residency application, €265 for company registration, and €25 plus VAT for the online registry service. Card pickup or travel and banking costs can add to that. For a new e-resident starting on Starter, those charges plus the first €59 subscription payment total €499 before applicable VAT and external costs. This is an illustration using the published charges, not an all-inclusive quote. See the official setup-cost breakdown.
VAT-number assistance is a separate €69 plus VAT service. If you sell physical goods, Xolo lists an e-commerce add-on at €59/month excluding VAT; the relevant plan and VAT services depend on your sales model. Confirm these before choosing a subscription. Sources: VAT services and the e-commerce add-on comparison.
Xolo's general FAQ says there is no minimum contract period. Promotional offers can carry different commitments, so read the terms of any offer you select. This review does not include a temporary discount in its cost comparison. See the contract-period FAQ.
A closer look: where the package helps
Our assessment is that Leap's clearest use case is an owner-managed business that has already chosen an Estonian OÜ and values keeping recurring administration together. Instead of separately arranging an address service, accounting, and filing support, you can compare one package against the work your company needs. The benefit is organizational convenience; the actual value depends on the services you use.
Support expectations deserve attention. The plan table lists email support from an accountant for up to two hours a month across all four plans. Xolo says it aims to answer support emails within two to five business days. Scheduled calls are available on Premium, with one hour per month in the comparison table. If you expect frequent discussions, include that in your plan choice. Sources: support allowances and the support FAQ.
The main boundary is the country scope of the accounting service. Xolo says it assumes the company is tax resident in Estonia and handles Estonian reporting. Compliance that arises in another country remains the client's responsibility. Xolo presents the FAQ as public information rather than professional tax advice. Before forming the company, get advice for the places where you live, manage it, or carry out its work. That advice can change the business-structure decision. See Xolo's company tax-residency FAQ.
Comparing Xolo Leap with other routes
A useful comparison starts with the business you need, then compares the complete cost of administering it:
- A local business setup. If most of your work and management happen in one country, compare the local sole-trader or company route with help from a local accountant. Include your own administrative time and the obligations of adding a company abroad.
- Separate services for an Estonian company. If you already own an OÜ, compare Leap with an accountant and address service chosen separately. Ask each provider to quote for the same transaction volumes, filing tasks, VAT work, and support access.
- Xolo Go. Go offers a way to use company functions without owning a company, for supported B2B professional services. Compare it if establishing your own company is not essential. Read Xolo's Go versus Leap explanation and Go activity limits.
Get written answers to four questions before signing up: Is your activity accepted? Which plan covers your shareholders, accounts, and monthly transactions? Which filings and add-ons will you need? What work must you arrange outside Xolo? Its business-activity FAQ and country-eligibility FAQ are useful starting points.
Our verdict
Xolo Leap is a practical option to compare when an Estonian company fits your circumstances and the published package covers your recurring work. Starter makes the initial subscription less expensive, but its revenue and time limits make the ongoing plan price more useful for budgeting.
The deciding factors are company fit, the plan's limits, the extras you need, and the support you expect. Confirm those in writing and compare the total cost with the alternatives before you commit.
Referral offer checked 10 October 2026: Xolo’s Share & Earn dashboard currently offers a €100 cash reward to an eligible new customer using our referral link. You must use the link when signing up, complete onboarding and verification, and make your first subscription payment. This is a conditional reward, not an immediate subscription discount. Xolo says payment normally arrives within 30 days of activation, with exceptional delays possible. Most promotional offers can be combined, but another referral code cannot. Xolo must confirm eligibility; cancellations, refunds or unpaid amounts can affect the reward. Check the offer shown during your Leap signup and the Share & Earn terms before relying on it.
Referral disclosure: We may receive €150 if your referral qualifies. That potential payment does not determine whether Leap fits your business.
